You can make a difference in their lives with a contribution to the Energy Assistance Foundation.

Through the Warm Neighbors Cool Friends program, the Foundation provides year-round bill payment assistance and home weatherization to make harsh winters and hot summers bearable for neighbors in need.

Warm Neighbors Cool Friends currently provides insulation, air sealing, weatherstripping, caulking and home heating equipment upgrades in the following counties: Tazewell, Woodford, Peoria,  St. Clair, Madison, Macoupin, Jersey, Greene, Macon, Adams, Brown, Schuyler, Hancock, and McDonough. People living in these counties who are eligible (see Eligibility page) and in need of weatherization assistance are encouraged to apply.
